We use an online booking system for all our Reservations. This is provided by a separate Company (VipVillas.com), who charge a small Booking fee in addition to the prices shown.
The Calendar on the right shows the available dates in green. For an instant quote, click the date you want to arrive, and then select the number of days. The base price (excluding the booking fee) will be shown below the calendar.

If you want a more exact quote, including the booking fee, Security Deposit, etc., then click the “Book this Villa” link. (Don’t worry – it doesn’t actually make the booking at that stage!).
If you do want to go ahead with a Booking, then after you’ve chosen any optional extras, you will be asked to enter your personal details, and confirm everything.
Note: We do not accept all-male groups larger than 3 people, or groups where everyone is under 25 years old.
We also feel that the Villa is not particularly toddler-friendly, so if you have a child under 6 years old, please contact us first, before making a booking, so that we can discuss it with you.
We take all payments in Euros, as indicated in the table below – if you want to know the equivalent Pound or US$ price, please select your dates on the calendar, and then select the appropriate currency from the drop-down list.
The rates below are the Basic price for the week. They do not include the booking fee, the Security Deposit, or any optional extras such as a Welcome Pack, Late arrival, etc. From time to time, we also have Special offers, when the price is discounted.
