Marines Town Square & Church
The small town of Marines, a 15 minute drive away has a few local shops, including a Panadería, two Hornos, a Tienda, a Carnicería, a Pescadería, and several bars, most of which serve tapas or bocadillos. There’s also a Gasolinera here which has basic provisions, and is open on Sundays (one of the few places anywhere which is!) – they also have Butane Gas bottles (approx €11), in the event that one of the ones at the house runs out.
Lliria – which is roughly the same distance, is a much larger town, with plenty of Restaurants, Bars, and other shops. You will probably find most things you need in the Mercadona supermarket, but if not, there is a much bigger Carrefour Hypermarket at L’Eliana, about 5 minutes down the CV-35 highway.
