Villa Jazmin
Villa Jazmin is an ideal base for a family or a group looking for a relaxing holiday, away from the crowds that dominate the Costas further south.
Villa Jazmin is located within a small community of about 25 houses – mainly used as Weekend retreats for Valencians – approximately 40 Kilometres from Valencia City, in the foothills of the Sierra Calderona – excellent for walking or mountain-biking.
The villa is modern in style, and has been recently refurbished, with new furniture (including beds), air-conditioning, and Home Cinema.
The front balcony has stunning views over the surrounding countryside – on a clear day, the coast is visible – while the secluded terrace at the rear is ideal for sunbathing. The 8m x 4m pool is just a few steps away.
We plan to retire here one day, and so we have furnished the house to our tastes – we hope you like it too!
